Recipes from Relief Society Night

Chili Corn Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Cans Chili
Cheese
Cornbread Mix (and ingredients to make the cornbread)

Put the Chili in a 9x13 Pan
Sprinkle with Cheese
Top with the Cornbread mixture
Cook to the Cornbread directions

 Cookie Recipes (all made with Cake Mix): 
 
Yellow Cake Mix Cookies
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1/3 Cup Oil
2 Tbs. Water
1 Egg & 1 Egg White
1/2 Bag of Toffee Chips
·         Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
·         Mix cake mix, oil, water, egg, and egg whites together in a mixing bowl. When mixture is doughy add toffee chips.
·         Roll dough into small balls and put on to cookie sheet.
·         Bake 8-10 min.

Chewy Lemon Cookies
1 Lemon Cake Mix
2 Cups Whipped Topping
2 Eggs
Powdered Sugar
·         Mix together cake mix, whipped topping, and eggs. Refrigerate 2 hours.
·         Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
·         Lightly grease a cookie pan. Roll cookie dough into small balls, and then roll balls in powdered sugar. Space balls evenly on cookie sheet.
·         Bake 6-8 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
 
Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Yellow Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
Sugar
·         Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
·         Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until powder is completely dissolved into dough. Stir in peanut butter.
·         Drop balls of dough into a small bowl of sugar, then place on a greased cookie sheet. Press fork horizontally and then vertically across each ballot flatten.
·         Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden. Remove from pan and cool.
 
Reese’s Cookies
1 Chocolate Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Bag Small-Size Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
·         Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil in a bowl until all the cake powder is absorbed.
·         Place a peanut butter cup in the center of a ball of dough. Make sure the cup is completely covered with dough.
·         Bake cookies 8-10 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan and cool.
